What's the item lifecycle? Every item progresses through stages: Capturing → Processing → Draft → Ready → Listed → Sold. You see one continuous item throughout — no separate "captures" and "listings" to manage.

What does "Ready" mean vs. "Draft"? Draft means AI has done its work and the item is available for your review. Ready means you've reviewed it and approved it for export. You control when an item moves from Draft to Ready.

Can I edit an item after marking it Ready? Yes. Status is a workflow signal, not a lock. You can move items back to Draft if you need to make changes.
